Unity Express supplied single parking lifts for Menarco Tower, an office building in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, to increase parking capacity within the existing parking area.
The original layout accommodated 37 conventional parking spaces. By using two-level parking lifts and making better use of the available vertical space, the project increased total capacity to 74 parking spaces.

The Challenge
Increasing Parking Capacity for an Office Building in BGC
Net Park required additional vehicle parking within its existing parking area. The conventional layout provided 37 parking spaces, but expanding the available floor area was not practical.
The project therefore needed a parking solution that could increase capacity by making better use of the available vertical space.
The Solution
Two-Level Single Parking Lifts
Unity Express supplied single parking lifts for Net Park to make better use of the available vertical space within the existing parking area.
Instead of relying only on conventional ground-level parking, each lift raises one vehicle to create an additional parking position below. This allows two vehicles to use approximately the same parking footprint normally occupied by one.
By applying this two-level parking configuration across the project, Net Park increased its parking capacity from 96 conventional spaces to 192 parking spaces.

The system was configured to create an additional parking position above each of the original 66 spaces.
74 Parking Spaces
The completed configuration accommodates 74 vehicles.
Two-Level Vehicle Parking
Each lift provides an upper and lower parking position within approximately one conventional parking footprint.
Efficient Use of Vertical Space
Available clear height was converted into productive parking capacity without requiring additional land or a larger parking footprint.
The Result
From 37 Parking Spaces to 174
The completed single parking lift installation doubled Net Park's parking capacity, increasing the available spaces from 37 to 74 within the existing parking area.

Why Single Parking Lifts Were Used
Designed to Maximize Parking Capacity
Single parking lifts were selected for Net Park because the building needed more parking capacity without increasing the size of the existing parking area.
By using the available vertical space above each parking position, the system allowed two vehicles to occupy approximately the same footprint normally used by one vehicle.

Unity Express coordinated the installation, testing, and commissioning of the two automated puzzle parking systems.
The completed equipment was configured to provide 192 vehicle parking positions and support the project's parking requirements.
