Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Creating and executing strategic sales plans that increases the company's customer base, increases company revenues and ensures company's presence in the market

  • Leading the sales team, managing the team's calendar, setting goals and analyzing sales data to properly distribute team resources

  • Generating leads, developing and maintaining long-term client connections through partnerships and learning about their needs

  • Collaborating with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies

  • Identifying market developments, new products and competition status

  • Presenting sales data, revenue and spending figures, as well as realistic and reasonable forecasts to the executive team

Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering or Business courses

  • Must have at least five (5) years experience in sales and marketing engineering

  • Proven experience in planning and executing sales strategies

  • Experience in selling construction related products is an advantage

  • Pro-active personality with good leadership skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino

Job Description

  • Looking for potential new clients and buyers and developing strong relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty

  • Providing customers with an expected budget, payment agreements and delivery estimates

  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of elevator, escalator, moving walk, parking lift products

  • Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations of the company's products and services

  • Travelling around all sales territories

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering courses or Business Administration

  • Must have at least two (2) years experience in sales and marketing

  • Experience in elevators, escalators and parking lifts is a BONUS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino

  • Can work independently under pressure

  • Can work comfortably with targets

  • Knowledgeable on Google Applications

  • Fast learner especially products that will be handled involves technical details

  • Willing to work in Manila office

Maintenance Associate

Job Description

  • Handling diagnosis and recovery inquiries and from initial stages to finalization of service contract

  • Responsible for the proper documentation and preparation of maintenance proposals and negotiating with clients in closing newly installed units

  • Proactively communicating with existing and potential clients regarding maintenance of units

  • Handling coordination and communication between the company and the client

  • Maintaining proper customer relations as a semi technical support.

  • Maintaining relationships with customers and pitching for project modernization

  • Coordinating PMS schedule with clients and technicians

  • Monitoring of all ongoing requests and ensuring proper release and inventory of materials

  • Organizing incoming daily requests for the After Sales Department

  • Handling and coordinating inter departmental requests and processes

  • Maintaining service report records in a timely and accurate manner

  • Reviewing the correctness of forms released by the maintenance department

Qualifications

  • ​Have a Bachelors Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels in the organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino

  • Knowledgeable on Google Applications

  • Can work under pressure and targets

  • Experience with elevators or escalators is BONUS

  • Willing to work in Manila office
