By using vertical and horizontal platform movement, the project transformed an area previously accommodating 12 conventional parking spaces into 37 parking spaces.

The Challenge

More Parking Within Limited Available Space

As parking demand increased, the existing area could accommodate only 12 conventional parking spaces.

Expanding the parking area horizontally would require significantly more space. The project therefore needed a solution that could increase vehicle capacity while making better use of the existing parking footprint.

Unity Express provided two automated puzzle parking systems designed to use both horizontal and vertical space more efficiently.

Instead of relying entirely on conventional side-by-side parking, movable platforms allow vehicles to be arranged across multiple parking positions within the system.

The platforms automatically move horizontally and vertically to provide access to the required vehicle.
